The photograph of Sapper W. E Clark, who as announced in our last issue, died from bomb wounds, in France on August 1st.
The deceased soldier was formerly a joiner in the employ of Messrs. T. Tattersall, Haslingden.

In loving and honoured memory of Sapper W.E. Clark (Royal Engineers), the dearly loved husband of M.E. Clark, and son of Mr and Mrs.Clark, New Street, who died in France August 1st 1918.
